Has there ever been a moment in the history of the world when berets were in style?
Unless you're a Girl Scout or a French exchange student or a Nicaraguan rebel or Jodie Foster at Yale, I mean.
But there they are, parading down one red carpet after another like they own the place when they barely own the heads they're awkwardly positioned on.
